The Angleterre's guests as well as all the tourists and residents of Saint Petersburg are welcome to the stylish Borsalino Brasserie that can seat up to 140 people and has a separate entrance from the street. Interiors of this fashionable restaurant were created by Saint Petersburg designer Olga Politsi. The hall is adorned with tom-tom-like lamps and a bewitching glass waterfall, the floor is tiled with colorful mosaic.
The Borsalino has a special cigar chamber and a bar zone where one can drink his favorite classical spirits or try exotic cocktails. Those who seek seclusion are offered comfortable private rooms for 12 and 16 people.
The menu of the Borsalino is the parade of the brightest and most delicious dishes from all over the world. There one can taste dishes of Russian, European, American and Japanese cuisines. The menu is especially rich in desserts and offers various pies and cakes, pastries and puddings.
In the evening the live music is played by professional musicians, representing Chicago jazz school.
