The Neptun Hotel offers standard singles and doubles, apartments, junior suites and suites. There are specially designed rooms for the disabled.
Each room has every comfort: mini-bar, Internet access, long-distance and international phone, satellite TV. Note that air conditioning has been installed only in junior suites and suites..
Standard rooms
The Neptun Hotel consists of two buildings. The rooms located in the second building that was constructed just recently - in 2000, are considered to be more comfortable and therefore their rates are higher. These rooms have a range of extra amenities and furnished with stylish Spanish furniture. The sizes of the rooms differ considerably. For example, a single room of the second building is about 20-27 sq. m., while in the first one the single room is about 12 sq. m. only. The double room in the first building is 18 sq. m. in area and the one of the second building is 20-27 sq. m.
All the rooms feature comfortable bathrooms. The single and double standard rooms of the block 1 come equipped with shower cabins, and the bathrooms of rooms in the block 2 are equipped with bathtubs.
Junior suites
Junior suites feature air conditioning systems. Such rooms consist of a bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a bidet. The total area of the bedroom equals 28 sq. m. The junior suites are furnished with high-quality and comfortable German furniture, including a spacious double bed.
Suites
The suites located on the block 1 territory consist of a bathroom and two rooms, which are the bedroom and the living-room. In the suite there is necessary German furniture, including the double bed, modern sanitary ware (WC, bathtub, bidet), and an air conditioning system. The total area of such a room equals 44 sq. m.
The total area of a suite of the block 2 is 50-60 sq. m. Some of the suites of the block consist of two rooms; others consist of three rooms, which are the bedroom with king-size bed, the living room, and the study. Such a suite also features a guest bathroom with WC and shower, and a bathroom with luxurious Jacuzzi. For the guests' convenience, the suites are equipped with high-quality Spanish furniture. Some suites feature small kitchens.
Presidential Apartment
The Presidential apartment is an airy room measuring 78 sq. m. It has a sitting room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Bathroom features a toilet, a shower cubicle and a Jacuzzi. The luxurious presidential apartment is formed by a suite and presidential suite connected by a common sitting room. The list of amenities includes an en-suite bar and a separate entrance from the street.
