Jesus Luengo Spain 6 Mar 2009 | Month and year of visit: September 2008 Good morning Nadya. Right now we are in Madrid (Spain). The transfer service in St. Petersbourg was perfect, there were no problems. And we are fond of Petro Palace Hotel. Thank you very much for your kind help. Best regards, Jesus Luengo |

Helen and Kevin Australia 4 Mar 2009 | Month and year of visit: November 2008 Dear Polina, Sorry I have not done this earlier but we do thank you very sincerely for organising our St Petersburg trip so well. It was the highlight of our 32 days in Europe. We were disappointed we did not meet up with you personally. Sofia, our guide, was absolutely wonderful - she knew everything! And she answered even our weirdest questions! The arrangements with the driver, etc, all went well and of course we had perfect weather. Now when we look at the photos of the splendour of the buildings, etc, we can hardly believe the magnificience of it all. I know I"ve included a lot of superlatives but that is how we feel about St Petersburg. Unfortuately we won't be able to come back but if you should venture to northern Australia then please make contact. Also pass on that message to Sofia please. The sun is shining brightly here and we our daily temperatures range from 21 to 30 so itis warming up here. I hope you have a mild winter. Enjoy and Thank You, Helen and Kevin |

4 Mar 2009 | Month and year of visit: August 2008 Dear Polina, I would like to thank you and your team (especially the two guides and drivers in Moscow and St Petersburg) for one of the most enjoyable and certainly memorable trips of my lifetime. Their punctuality, kindness and additional assistance and guidance with regards trips outside the planned guided tours was much appreciated. Your suggestion of only one-way transfers to the museums was a good one. The Moscow guide explained the metro and marked the stations I would need to get off from to get to my hotel and the other places I wanted to see. This enabled me to look and walk around myself. I also liked the idea the first day being spent on a "Panoramic Tour" of the cities - this helped me get my bearings and also identify other places I could visit myself during the afternoons. Thank you and your team again for organizing such a wonderful trip. Kind regards Stewart M. Hadfield |
Phyllis and Ron Australia 4 Mar 2009 | Month and year of visit: June 2008 Dear Polina, Thank you so much for your lovely Christmas/New Year greeting it was so nice to hear from you. We really enjoyed our visit to Russia, and we were most grateful to you for all the help you gave us in those last few days so we could get our Visas. The day trip to Novgorod was one of the highlights of our trip and at the end of the day Ron was so glad I was insistent that we went there. My best wishes to you and your collegues for the coming year. Regards Phyllis and Ron |

3 Mar 2009 | Month and year of visit: October 2008 Polina, Diane and I were very pleased with the arrangements with your company. The car services were always there on time and we enjoyed or tour guide in St. Petersbrg, Svetlana, very much. She was very personable, informative and courteous. We were not impressed with the guide in Moscow as she seemed to be in a hurry to get to another job and couldn't understand her all the time. She didn't turn her head when describing sites. Thank you - overall we enjoyed our first visit to Russia. June Tong |
Ian Caughey United Kingdom 26 Feb 2009 | Month and year of visit: July 2009 Good afternoon Nadya. This is just a quick e-mail to thank you for all your help in booking my hotel and airport transfers for my recent visit to St. Petersburg plus the extremely useful visa support service. I love beautiful architecture, palaces, parks, bridges, monuments etc, so St. Petersburg didn t disappoint in any way. I thought the city was just beautiful, though it was bigger than I had expected. My favourite places were the Church on the Spilled Blood, Peter & Paul Fortress (especially the SS Peter & Paul Cathedral, interior just fabulous), Peterhof, Catherine Palace, Pavlovsk, Anickhov and Lion Bridges, and Yelagin Island. I had sunshine and blue skies the first 3? days of my visit, and sunny / partly sunny afternoons on the other 3 days. Thankfully bad weather never ruined my trip, it was never cold, and I found the city much safer than I had expected. All in all, it was one of the very best city breaks I ve ever had I probably could have spent another few days and still had lots of things to see - and photograph! St. Petersburg and the surrounding area with all the palaces is a photographer s paradise. Thanks again for all your invaluable help. It was very much appreciated. Kindest regards, and God bless.
